Job summary

Blick Rothenberg (Previously Greenback Alan LLP) is seeking a dedicated front office staff member for Barrow Brain and Spine in Gilbert, Arizona. The ideal candidate will help maintain a professional atmosphere and enhance patient experiences by greeting visitors, managing records, and ensuring all paperwork is correct.

No prior experience is required, as training is available. The position offers competitive benefits including medical plans, PTO, and next-day pay.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a medical office setting preferred but training is available.

Responsibilities

• Prepare front office for daily activities.
• Warmly greet patients, guests, vendors, and visitors.
• Ensure that all patient paperwork, demographics, and insurance information is up to date and correct.
• Collect copay if necessary and issue receipt.
• Notify physician office and/or clinic staff of patient arrivals.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient information in AthenaOne and Phreesia databases.
• Answer telephones and transfer caller to appropriate staff member.
• Help create an extraordinary patient experience.

The practice encompasses 27 neurosurgeons, three physiatrists and performs more than 8,000 surgeries each year. This globally recognized group directs the Neurosurgery Residency Program at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona and serves more than 21 000 patients per year.
