Job summary

Qualifications

• High-volume/high-intensity service industry experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Accurate data entry and comfortable with computer systems.

• Bilingual skills based on site location.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Register patients and coordinate appointments with the team.
• Enter/update patient details accurately in the system.
• Assist patients with paperwork and document imaging.
• Answer calls promptly and provide insurance information questions.
• Process co-pays and handle cash with accuracy.
• Escalate questions to Billing as needed.
