Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming patients.
• Organizing and coordinating patient intake and other appointments.
• Entering/updating patient information in system.
• Assisting patients with completion of paperwork.
• Scanning, updating and filing medical records.
• Answering phone calls and inquiries promptly and politely.
• Processing medical insurance information, verifying eligibility.
• Handling cash and co-payments accurately.
• Providing outstanding customer service to every patient.
• Informing site manager of waiting room wait times and inquiries.
