Boston Children’s Hospital is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to support administrative operations in the Immunology department. You will help coordinate services for patients and families, greet visitors, and manage encounters with clinicians and staff.

The role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders. Weekend and evening shifts are part of the schedule, with comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school education required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; show empathy.
• Experience with EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service supporting unit operations.
• Collaborate with referring providers and practices.
• Obtain required authorizations and compile patient and staff schedules.
• Schedule patients and support patient encounters.
• Answer, screen, and route calls; triage urgent information or services.
• Provide routine clerical support and reconciliation of payments.
