Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Patient Experience Representative to support immunology clinic operations and front desk activities. You will coordinate services for patients and families, ensuring a positive experience and smooth flow of encounters.
Responsibilities include patient scheduling, handling authorizations, and assisting with administrative tasks while delivering empathetic, clear communication and teamwork within a busy hospital setting.

Minimum qualifications
This role is eligible for a $2,000 sign on bonus (not eligible for internal candidates, BCH temps or agency temps).
The posted pay range is Boston Children’s reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting.
Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
