Responsibilities

• Assist patients with check-in/check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and phone inquiries.
• Register patients and verify demographics; direct to waiting areas.
• Handle payments, post charges, and generate daily reconciliation reports.
• Respond to routine inquiries about services and hours.
• Assist with medical records duties and patient transfers.
• Mentor junior staff as needed.
