Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front office team. You will report to the Manager and handle scheduling, patient check-in, and insurance verifications while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service.

You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in the role, join a collaborative culture, and access career development through TAG-The Aspen Group. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage and a generous benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
