Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator to support front office operations, scheduling, and patient service. You will report to the Practice Manager and complete a four-week training program to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time management and attention to detail.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, organize charts, verify insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
