Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join the front office team in an Aspen Dental practice. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and support daily operations to ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
