Job summary

Gold Country Hearing in Sacramento, CA is seeking an energetic front office professional to manage the reception, schedule patients, and represent our practice with professionalism at both Sacramento and Rocklin locations.

Responsibilities include converting calls into appointments, guiding patients through intake forms, processing co-pays, and ensuring a courteous, accurate patient experience while preserving HIPAA privacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required, Associates degree preferred.
• 2 years front office experience.
• Must be computer literate in all Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be able to work well independently and be detailed-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage patient schedule by converting calls into appointments.
• Ensure courteous patient interactions throughout the experience.
• Register new patients and update demographics with insurance and financial info.
• Facilitate patient flow by notifying providers of arrivals and delays.
• Process payments for co-pays and uninsured visits.
