Job summary

UC Davis Health seeks a motivated front office professional to provide patient-centered front desk support in the Otolaryngology clinic. The role emphasizes efficient scheduling, patient communication, and accurate data entry within EPIC EMR systems.

You will handle appointment coordination, insurance verifications, and documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance and high-quality customer service in a busy, on-site environment at the Glassrock Building in Sacramento.

Qualifications

• Experience with medical office scheduling and insurance procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks with priorities and deadlines.
• Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
• Typing and basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and word processing.
