Qualifications

• Prior receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and check in/out; schedules appointments.
• Answers phones, routes inquiries, and schedules/confirms appointments.
• Collects copayments and processes payments; maintains accurate records.
• Verifies insurance details and updates patient demographics.
• Maintains HIPAA confidentiality and professional standards.
• Participates in daily/team huddles to share patient updates and improvements.
