Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to enhance the front desk experience during check-in/out. You will learn about insurance options, schedule appointments, and support office staff to deliver a best-in-class vision care experience.

The role requires weekend/evening shifts and reports to the Office General Manager. Training is provided, and the position emphasizes patient-centric service and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience in a front desk or customer-facing role supporting administrative duties and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance plan options during check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach in coordination with Doctor availability.
• Multitask by handling multiple phone lines, greet patients and walk-ins, schedule appointments, and assist office staff.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed (Eyewear Consultants and Optometric Technicians).
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
