Job summary

Duly Health and Care is seeking a Patient Service Representative for the Lisle clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them, managing check-in/check-out, scheduling, and collecting co-pays. Proficiency with EPIC and strong communication are essential to ensure a smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• Receptionist/front desk experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, and respond to emails.
• Maintain accurate records in EPIC and verify insurance details.
• Assist with referrals and follow-up appointments as needed.
• Monitor patient wait times and communicate delays with empathy.
