Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator for our Statesville, NC practice. You’ll join a front office team, report to the Practice Manager, and help create positive patient impressions through organized workflows and proactive service.

After a four‑week training, you’ll schedule appointments, verify insurance, manage charts, and balance deposits, delivering compassionate care in a busy dental setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset.
• High regard for time management.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Must be age 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection.
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
