Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages patients in a polite, prompt, and compassionate manner during all practice-based patient interactions.
• Performs clerical service delivery functions with patients, including check-in, check-out, and real-time eligibility verification.
• Delivers waiting room concierge service and provides hands-on support to patients using the kiosk check-in process.
• Supports practice opening/closing, mail processing, cash reconciliation and prompt faxes indexing.
• Assists with in-basket messages and partners with Access Center for scheduling requests.
• Coordinates time-sensitive clinical inquiries with care team members.
