Responsibilities

• Engage patients with high-quality service and a welcoming demeanor.
• Manage patient information accurately in our system.
• Support billing and check-in/check-out processes for clinic and optical charges.
• Verify patient insurance and eligibility for smooth on-site arrival.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate with specialists as needed.
• Open/close the office and balance the cash drawer.
• Provide cross-location support to maintain consistency across practices.
