Job summary

• Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and telehealth sessions; manage mail and phone inquiries.
• Explain insurance benefits within HIPAA guidelines to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate provider schedules and review open tickets for billing related items.
• Support other office roles and stay updated on local programs.
