Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Level I fingerprint clearance card: current valid and in good standing or applied within seven working days.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and Arizona vehicle insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients; verify demographics and insurance, enters data into EHR (Practice Management) System.
• Monitor patient portal and schedule Telehealth or internal referrals as needed.
• Answer phones, make appointments, follow-up calls, and route messages to providers and staff.
• Maintain updated knowledge of local and organizational programs (example: SFS).
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information and communications.
