Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and check them in with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, referrals, follow ups, and co pays.
• Assist with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Maintain accurate information in the EHR.
• Keep the front desk organized, efficient, and patient ready.
