Qualifications

• EHR proficiency (Athena or eCW preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism.
• Managing incoming calls, messages, and patient inquiries.
• Scheduling appointments, referrals, follow ups, and co pays.
• Assisting with insurance verification and prior authorizations.
• Supporting clear communication between patients and providers.
• Updating and maintaining accurate information in the EHR.
• Helping keep the front desk organized, efficient, and patient ready.
