Qualifications

• Comfortable handling payments and receipts.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families professionally and direct them appropriately.
• Schedule appointments and tests accurately per guidelines.
• Answer phones promptly and assist callers with needs.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and post payments.
• Navigate multiple applications for registration and billing.
• Maintain courteous and accurate patient information and HIPAA compliance.
