Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead the Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting in City, State.

The role requires managing patient food service operations, ensuring dietary requirements are met, and driving patient satisfaction. A degree in food service, plus management experience, is expected, with ServSafe and diet-related certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with one year of work experience in food services or related field or bachelor’s in food service tech/management.
• Certified Dietary Manager, RDT or RD preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in food service management in acute care preferred.
• ServSafe certified desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establishes goals and oversees implementation of patient food services needs.
• Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops patient service team members.
• Complies with dietary restrictions and HIPAA regulations.
• Ensures patient services staff contribute to patient satisfaction goals.
• Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement programs.
