Job summary

You will be a central figure, ensuring patients feel respected through seamless coordination and attentive service, while managing calls, scheduling appointments, rooming patients, and coordinating daily schedules.

You will handle revenue processing, communicate test results, and address patient concerns, using the Virginia Mason Production System to boost efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months customer service or medical setting experience or an Associate degree.
• Professional demeanor with a positive, upbeat attitude.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal communications.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Capable to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from administrative and clinical staff, groups of managers, patients and physicians.
