Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting; physician office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and caregivers professionally to create a welcoming environment.
• Check in patients, verify identity, and document arrival status in the EMR.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments per physician orders.
• Maintain patient charts in EMR and billing systems; handle records requests.
• Process patient payments; balance cash drawers and daily close.
