Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of experience in patient registration, scheduling, insurance processing, or customer service.
• Associate’s Degree with 1 year of experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional patient and visitor experience from entry to departure.
• Assist with scheduling, pre-registration, MyChart enrollment and visit preparations.
• Perform patient registration, visit preparation, telephone triage, insurance verification and co-pay collection.
• Enter and maintain confidential patient information; support interpreter services scheduling.
