Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of patient registration or related experience, or an equivalent degree.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service and resolving conflicts.
• Preferred knowledge of medical terminology and typing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient registration, visit preparation, and scheduling services.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-payments.
• Assist with patient phone triage and information collection.
• Support referrals, appointments, and MyChart enrollment for patients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient information and contribute to quality metrics.
