• Fulfills routine clerical tasks: faxing, copying, filing, mailings, phone calls.
• Maintains front desk inventory and communicates needs to staff.
• Ensures smooth office operation and waiting area appearance.
• Participates in cross-coverage of clerical tasks.
• Adheres to HIPAA requirements.
• Performs other duties as required.
