• Experience in medical front office preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and health insurance.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and provide courteous assistance throughout their visit.
• Perform patient check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
• Verify patient demographics, contact information, insurance coverage, and other required information.
• Obtain and update insurance information and identify potential eligibility or coverage issues.
• Collect applicable copayments, balances, and other patient payments according to office procedures.
• Route patient messages and clinical questions to the appropriate staff.
