Qualifications

• Minimum six months scheduling or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong confidentiality and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients; manage scheduling and patient flow.
• Answer phone lines and handle appointment inquiries.
• Assist with billing inquiries and data entry tasks.
• Maintain sign-in sheets and assist with monthly billing processes.
• Support the Coordinator with scheduling and sign-in logistics.
• Assist new moms with breast pump rentals as needed.
