Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and empathetically, routing or elevating as needed.

• Coordinate provider schedules across multiple locations to optimize clinic flow.
• Manage cancellations and reschedules to maintain access.
• Support referral calls with key information for referring offices.
• Place reminder calls/messages and document results in practice systems.
• Protect patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA and policies.
