You will gather information, review paperwork, schedule clinic and surgical appointments, and help ensure smooth pre- and post-operative processes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume front desk duties while supporting a compassionate patient-focused environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Medical front desk experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly in person or by phone.
• Check patients in and out.
• Schedule clinic and surgical appointments including pre/post operative visits.
• Review paperwork with patients; obtain consents.
• Verify insurance and collect payments.
• Maintain patient medical records.
