Job summary

Carolina Family Care, Inc. (CFC) is seeking an Employee to greet patients, collect demographics and insurance data, and support clinic efficiency through accurate pre-registration and registration.

This role also involves collecting co-pays, applying financial policies, protecting patient confidentiality, and delivering outstanding customer service while coordinating with medical staff. 40 hours per week, on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with hospital information systems or word processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and update demographic and insurance information.
• Meet standard productivity metrics during the pre-registration and registration process.
• Complete all regulatory and compliance related forms for the visit.
• Complete verification and payment workflow, including screening for potential funding sources, and setting patient expectations for reimbursement.
• Demonstrate commitment to positive patient and family experiences and excellence in customer service.
