Job summary

SunState Medical Specialists is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to provide administrative support to staff, patients and physicians. You will ensure a high-quality, professional and efficient service, acting as the bridge between patients and clinical teams.

Responsibilities include managing patient flow, handling inquiries, assisting with billing questions, registering new patients, and maintaining accurate records while upholding privacy standards. Travel to other centers may be required.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in a busy, customer-focused environment.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of patient billing systems.
• Travel to other centers as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to staff, patients, and physicians.
• Direct patient flow and respond to queries while maintaining privacy.

• Maintain waiting room and patient records.
• Register new patients and ensure accuracy of details.
• Greet vendors and maintain sign-in protocols.
