HearingLife is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator in Owings Mills, MD. You will be the face of our retail clinics, delivering friendly service while supporting clinic revenue goals and patient coordination.

You will handle calls, schedule appointments, manage intake and insurance information, and ensure HIPAA compliance in a fast-paced environment. The role offers solid benefits, ongoing onboarding, and opportunities to grow through programs like the Hearing Instrument Specialist Apprentice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1–2 years in a customer service, administrative or healthcare role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills essential.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients, delivering a high level of customer service
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and manage 50–75 calls per day
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and manage follow-ups
• Collect and verify insurance information for patients
• Maintain office cleanliness and HIPAA compliance
