Capitol Imaging Services, LLC is seeking a Patient Coordinator Lead to support patients from scheduling through completion, ensuring a compassionate and organized experience. This role leads clinic operations, oversees staff, coordinates imaging appointments, and communicates with patients and families with empathy.

Collaboration with radiologists and technologists is essential to maintain smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare or medical office setting (radiology/imaging preferred).
• Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance processes, and HIPAA regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic operations day-to-day and monitor staff performance.
• Assist with performance management in collaboration with supervisor.
• Serve as first point of contact for daily staff questions and issue resolution.
• Assist in training and orientation of new administrative staff; develop team capabilities.
• Coordinate imaging appointments to optimize facility resources and patient care.
• Communicate with patients empathetically; answer inquiries and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and admin staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Provide warm, welcoming environment and address patient/family concerns professionally.
