Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule imaging appointments to optimize resources.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits before appointments.
• Monitor daily schedule and backfill open slots.
• Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries with empathy.
• Accurately input patient information into EMR and maintain records.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and staff to ensure patient flow.
