• Proficiency in scheduling software and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule imaging appointments with optimal use of facility resources.
• Verify insurance eligibility and communicate coverage details to patients.
• Monitor daily schedule and backfill open slots to maintain efficiency.
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients via calls and inquiries with empathetic guidance.
• Input patient information accurately into the EMR and maintain records.
• Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and staff for seamless patient flow.
• Provide a warm, welcoming environment and address patient concerns professionally.
