Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Adaptability and positive attitude with fluctuating workloads.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients and schedule appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls and verify insurance coverage.
• Obtain necessary authorizations and collect payments.
• Process new patients and help maintain clinic performance.
• Coordinate with clinicians and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
