Job summary

Ivy Rehab Network in Highland, NY is seeking a Patient Coordinator to support clinicians, front desk operations, and patient experience. You will greet and check-in patients, schedule appointments, answer calls, verify insurance coverage, obtain authorizations, collect payments, and process new patients while helping the clinic stay efficient and patient-centered.

This 40-hour/week role offers growth opportunities within a supportive team and a benefits package starting in the first month,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Great time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the eagerness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients at the front desk.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar workflow.
• Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Collect payments and process new patient intake.
• Help the clinic maintain optimal performance and patient experience.
