Ivy Rehab Network seeks a Patient Coordinator in Novi, MI, for 40 hours per week at $19–$20/hour. You will work with clinicians to greet and check-in patients, schedule appointments, answer calls, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, collect payments, and help the clinic maintain top performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients.
• Schedule appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorization.
• Collect payments and process new patients.
• Help the clinic maintain optimal performance.
