Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Patient Coordinator in Novi, MI for a 40 hour/week position at $19-20/hr. You will greet and check-in patients, schedule appointments, answer calls, verify insurance, obtain authorizations, collect payments, and help onboarding to support outstanding patient care.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare administration, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative experience in healthcare (preferred).
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed patient expectations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in patients across clinics.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Answer incoming calls and triage inquiries.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain pre-authorization.
• Collect payments and assist with new patient onboarding.
• Support clinic operations to maintain performance.
