Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in person or by phone.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments to optimize provider time and room use.
• Complete insurance verifications and obtain authorizations.
• Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy and privacy.
• Keep appointments on schedule and inform providers of delays.
• Manage patient accounts and collect charges as applicable.
• Follow policies, protect patient rights, and support team goals.
