Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors in person or by phone.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments and manage calendar utilization.
• Complete insurance verifications and obtain authorizations.
• Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Notify providers of arrivals and delays to keep on schedule.
• Maintain patient accounts and update personal/financial information.
• Handle third-party billing and collect charges.
• Protect patient confidentiality and privacy.
