Responsibilities

• Greet patients and serve as the primary contact.
• Answer calls, inquiries, and email communications promptly.
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider calendars.
• Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows with reminders.
• Verify insurance and enter patient data into EMR.
• Explain coverage and patient financial responsibility.
• Coordinate with clinical and optical teams for smooth visits.
• Support patient retention through recall and follow-ups.
• Keep the front office organized and patient-ready.
