• Verify insurance information and enter EMR.
• Explain insurance plans to patients.
• Ensure insurance eligibility before appointments.
• Prepare insurance claims and run reports.

• Document charges, co-pays, and payments in EMR.
• Allocate balances to insurance as needed.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Handle supplies economy.
