• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Core responsibilities: Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
• Customer Service
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere
• Make all welcome calls and monitor arrival rate for great customer experience
• Manage schedule efficiently and non-clinical documentation
• Manage deposits and insurance reporting
