BenchMark Physical Therapy in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator I to support clinic growth through efficient front-office operations and patient intake.

This entry-level role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and the ability to collaborate with the Clinic Director. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and 401K; typical hours are Monday–Friday with some events.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to relate with Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, manage details, meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collect money due at time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations.
• Schedule patient visits.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate.
• Manage schedule, document routing, overtime, non-clinical docs, deposits, caseload, and insurance reporting.
• Monitor clinic inventory.
• Attend required training and quarterly compliance training.
