BenchMark Physical Therapy in Conyers, GA is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our clinic. This entry-level office role supports patient intake, scheduling, insurance verification, and front-office operations while delivering excellent customer service.

The PCC-I collaborates with the Clinic Director to ensure efficient procedures, adherence to mission and values, and a welcoming patient experience. Full-time hours with standard business schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership.
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision.
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Core responsibilities: Collect all money due at the time of service.
• Convert referrals into evaluations and schedule patient visits.
• Customer Service and create inviting clinic atmosphere.
• Make welcome calls and monitor arrival rate.
• Manage schedule, document routing, overtime and non-clinical documentation.
• Manage deposits and insurance reporting.
