This entry-level, full-time role requires strong customer service, multitasking, and teamwork to handle scheduling, referrals, insurance verification, and front-office duties.

The position may include evenings or weekends for events to support patient access.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Communication skills – must be able to relate well to Business Office and Field leadership
• Ability to multitask, organizational detail, ability to meet deadlines, work with little to no supervision
• As a member of a team, must possess efficient time management and presentation skills

• Collect all money due at the time of service
• Convert referrals into evaluations
• Schedule patient visits
